Our 7-year-old Kitchen Aid French door fridge had ice built up in the freezer. Initially, I thought it was due to a leaking door gasket. Ken H came on Aug 26 to check the issue. He inspected it and determined it was due to the worn-out plastic door holders on the freezer. He back ordered the parts which finally arrived in a month. On Oct 7, he came and replaced the parts and the ice built-up issue was gone. We are very happy as we no longer need to remove the ice every day since then. Good job and very professional.
