Totem repaired 3 of our appliances, 2 refrigerators, and a dryer, and they did an amazing job. They kept our costs low by only doing the required work. Renuka, our contact in the Calgary office, was fantastic! She was responsive to all our questions and booked all our appointments in a timely way, working around our schedules. Bryon, our technician, did a wonderful job with all repairs, and only recommended what was necessary. He even managed to rig a repair for our old refrigerator in the basement. I would highly recommend this company!
