I was so pleased to have Frank come to diagnose and repair my Samsung refrigerator and microwave/convection oven. Both appliances were barely 2 years old and I was frustrated. Frank talked me through everything, explained it thoroughly, and used appropriate analogies to make things clear. He is an excellent teacher! I would highly recommend his work and will definitely request him, should anything further need care.
