Believe it or not, our Maytag washing machine broke after only owning it for 3 months. We reached out to Maytag and they referred us to Totem Appliance. Within hours Totem Appliance sent out a technician to our home in Burnaby. It was amazing how quickly he isolated the problem. He did not have the part, but ordered and confirmed it would be available the next day. He scheduled time with us to come back the next day. And just like clockwork, he was punctual the next day, had our washing machine fixed and was on his way. Start to finish, absolutely exceptional service!
