We were most pleased with the technician sent to our home to repair our washing machine. He we extremely friendly and knowledgeable about fixing our appliance. He arrived promptly and was very conscientious about not tracking dirt into our home. When our washing machine was repaired, he took some time to look at a problem we have been having with our clothes dryer. It was a simple fix and fortunately he had the needed spare part in the van. All around top-notch appliance repair. Without any hesitation we would recommend Totem Appliance to all in the Greater Vancouver in need of service.
